The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism proudly serves patients from across Colorado. Founded as a personalized alternative to the impersonal, rushed corporate-style healthcare common today, our concierge practice is designed to prioritize your unique needs and preferences.
Sarah Sato, NP, and Christopher R. Fox, MD, take time to understand your health goals, as well as your values, preferences, and life circumstances. As a concierge practice, you will be afforded the time you need, when you need it. As a Type 1 diabetic herself, Sarah has a unique approach to her patient care, especially regarding the management of diabetes. With a long history spent on "both sides" of this disease, she brings a deep sense of empathy as well as multiple tricks and tips for navigating the often-confusing healthcare landscape for a person with a chronic disease.
Treatment approaches for issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and hormonal disruptions such as low testosterone and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are carefully customized to you and your needs. With a small, professional staff, we bring humanity back to healthcare to help you navigate the often complex health care arena.
Dr. Fox and Sarah look for creative solutions to complicated health problems rather than a "one size fits all" approach. We are careful and thoughtful as we investigate your problems and design treatment options, and we take time to explain everything to you and answer your questions.
We place a firm focus on preventive interventions as we seek to help you improve your health, prevent problems, and achieve your long-term health goals.
With a small, professional staff, we bring high-level service and humanity back to your healthcare to help you navigate the often complex health care arena. To learn more about becoming a member please call our office at 720-923-7209 to speak with a Member Advisor.

The Alpine Center is pleased to offer Radiofrequency Ablation treatment for thyroid nodules. This unique non-surgical approach is highly successful and avoids painful and costly surgeries to achieve the same goals. We are the only endocrine practice in Colorado currently offering this procedure to qualified patients and we are excited to bring an effective nonsurgical management option to the region.
