Records outage and our sincere apology
Dear Valued Clients,
On behalf of Sarah Sato, NP, and myself, I want to offer our sincere apologies for the difficulty we've had over the last 2 weeks. We know this has impacted our ability to deliver a high level of personal service to you, and it breaks our hearts.
On April 22nd, our medical records vendor Aprima informed us the data center where the records are stored was victim to a cyber attack. We've been assured that none of your personal information was compromised. However, they've not been able to restore service. The length of the disruption is unusual, and The Alpine Center will be investigating options to assure this does not happen again in the future.
For now, we sincerely appreciate your patience, and we ask that if you need assistance you please call our office at 720-923-7209. We will do our utmost best to serve you well.
